I have been researching my family tree for years but only just recently joined Ancestry.com. I sent in saliva for a DNA test and my results were surprising. I'm mostly Irish & Scandinavian. Now, since my biological dad was adopted I had very little info in his side of the family when I had genetic testing done because of my cancer. The other night my mom mentioned what his last name had been. Bingo! Now I have some info on that side of the family. So now the DNA matches I have make sense. I even found a death certificate for an aunt (?) who died of...duh duh duh duh...metastatic breast cancer. Interesting...

Had my mental health eval today. Dr. was nice. He asked questions about my cancer, meds, etc. Asked me to remember numbers & words. Asked about my depression/thoughts of suicide. Asked name of a recent president & to name two celebrities (I said Donald Trump and Oprah). Asked me to name a recent event (I said shooting in Istanbul)

Who knows what he'll write in his report.
